Sustainability

At AMDP (Arnie Morton's Daughter's Place)  restaurants which include The Barn Steakhouse, we're looking to change the way people think about eating and what it means to be good and to be a responsible citizen.

Bottom line - its better for us and the planet to live this way and it feels really good! We are constantly striving to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum because it is our responsibility.

At AMDP we call these our "OF COURSES".  There are key ways we focus on sustainability

1- We source from local farms and ranches whenever possible.  Why?  Because it feels great "knowing" the people who grow and raise our food, it taste better, the nutritional value is preserved and we use way less energy when our food is from a short drive rather that from across the country.

2- Whenever possible we source our interiors from repurposed material.  Because to us its not only "who we are"  it comes with a wonderful story, was well made and it feels good knowing we are saving it from a landfill!

3- We pride ourselves on being as waste free as possible!  "Of course" we recycle & "Of course" we compost.  And of course we try to use every last bit of all we purchase!
